Delivery Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Labor fees apply for deliveries after 4:30pm. Monday-Friday. 4:30pm-5:15pm $55.00, 5:30pm-6:15pm, $125. After 6:30pm, $200.00

Catering events held on weekends and school holidays will incur additional labor fees. Please consult our catering team for details and forecasted fees.

Beer and Wine service has an associated license fee added to your event.

When placing orders, 48-hour notice is required. You will receive a notice inside 48 hours that you must email us to confirm your order.

Standard Drop Off & Pick Up Service is accompanied by plastic, recyclable, and some compostable products including plates, cutlery, napkins, and serving utensils. Please ensure that equipment is not removed from its original delivery location. If equipment must be moved, please place it in a nearby kitchenette space. If we are not able to recover catering equipment delivered, a replacement fee may apply.

Please note the person/department ordering is responsible for room cleanliness at the end of your meeting/event. This includes trash and food removal, wiping tables down, replacing chairs, etc.

Full China service for your event is available at an additional charge.

Orders cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be fully charged. This includes any contracted external labor, florals, rentals, or specialty items.

All orders are subject to 7.00% combined State of MA and City of Boston Meals Tax, except internal groups with a billing code and students that claim tax exempt status. You can book your campus catering online with your HMS 33-digit billing code.

Please note that certain menu items require 72-hour notice.

Kosher and special dietary meals are available upon request.

Our full-service kitchens are not allergen free. We can prepare allergen-free meals upon request.

We are a linen-less operation. Table linen is available to rent for your drop-off events. We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice for table linen requests.

Restaurant Associates is a full-service catering operation. We can accommodate all your special event needs. Our catering menu online is a starting point for your catering needs. Please contact the catering department for requests or ideas you don’t see in print.
