Effective Monday January 6, 2025, Harvard Medical School Dining has transitioned to a linen-less operation and as such we are no longer stocking linen on campus for drop-off and/or pop-up requests. We will continue to offer linen through our preferred rental provider at a cost to the organizing event, such requests will require a 48-hour business hour notice for table linen. This change is also in effect at The Martin Conference Center. An announcement will be coming in early January from the Conference and Dining Teams.
Through this small change, we can significantly reduce water consumption, energy usage, and waste generation, and we appreciate your support as we strive to create a more sustainable and eco-friendlier environment here at HMS.
